This is a trek for those who just don’t have time but still want to hike out in the wild amidst some of the most beautiful natural nature in the world…a trip that stirs your feelings….
This soft trek is well known as the ‘little’ Annapurna Circuit & is a very popular trek in Nepal. The highest point you hike up to is (3200 meters) and for many, the highlight is an early morning pilgrimage to nature at Poon Hill for a fabulous sunrise over the Himalayas where the mountains stretch to Ghandruk, as far as the eye can see north towards Tibet & West towards the Dhaulagiri Himal and then swerves towards the East with superb views of the Annapurna Himal. This is not a difficult trek but it helps if you have a reasonable degree of fitness. This trek is said to be the best introduction to a warm up for any challenging treks that you’d like to do big time in the future…out in the wild with some of the most spectacular views on earth…..
